Team Orientation Day (Semester 2, 2021)

The WEB Executive Committee has seen substantial growth of its team since its inception five years ago. This semester, we are pleased to have five directors join our team and we look forward to seeing them flourish in their new roles.

WEB's Training Day reflects our ethos of Empowering Future Leaders. This day is for new recruits to formally meet the team and participate in training that demonstrates how our society operates smoothly and successfully. WEB’s internal mentorship and ongoing training allows our directors to be in a supportive environment where they can grow. The orientation was filled with plenty of fun ice breakers and games that brought our team closer together, despite it being hosted on Zoom.
