Chairwoman
Ginger is studying a Bachelor of Law & Commerce (International Business). She considers WEB to be a meaningful and passionate community which uplifts and empowers women to thrive in business and their business related degrees. She strives to achieve a career where she can combine her legal and business skills in a leadership position. She would love to work at Louis Vuitton in their in-house legal team.
ANUSHKA RAVALJI
President
Anushka is studying a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) and Bachelor of IT (Cybersecurity). She strives to create a stronger bond between internal and external team members and hold more unique events where attendees can engage in insightful conversations and create both a professional network and foster friendships. She would love to work in the Cyber field in a variety of areas including cloud security and the governance and resilience space in an advisory and consulting capacity. Anushka would also love to pursue entrepreneurial ventures.

Co-Vice President
Krystal is studying a Bachelor of Commerce (majoring in Business Information Systems). She hopes to achieve 3 main goals this semester in WEB:
1. Increase international student engagement by creating opportunities for them to connect, share experiences, and network with industry professionals in Australia.
2. Ensure WEB's future success by widely promoting its mission to attract and inspire more girls to continue the society's impactful work.
3. Foster an outward-serving culture in WEB by encouraging collaboration and mutual support, as our success relies on empowering and uplifting each other.

Krystal is passionate about minimising social inequality, building relationships with diverse groups of people, and using her leadership knowledge and skills for the better. These pillars have led her to want to pursue a career in infrastructure project management where she hopes to deliver schools, hospitals, transport, and residential property that creates opportunities for certain groups in our community to improve their quality of life.

Co-Vice President
Keriana is studying a Bachelor of Law and Commerce (majoring in Entrepreneurship). Keriana hopes to continue to foster WEB’s empowering community and assist in the delivery of events to provide all our members as much value as possible. She wants to be innovative in her approach and try different things to provide better outcomes. As a founder of her tech company Keriana aspire to continue innovating and providing exceptional solutions to the market. Upon graduating she aspires to be admitted as a lawyer and work as an employment lawyer based upon her positive experience working in Human Resources.

HANNAH MERCADO
Secretary
Hannah is studying a Bachelor of Business Administration. She wants to to establish an alumni network for WEB, as she believes many of our graduate team are currently in roles that can offer support to the community. Hannahs career aspirations are in the field of marketing, with a focus on social media and branding management. She is passionate about leveraging growth for digitial platforms to engage with audiences through storytelling. In addition to my professional goals, she is committed to mentoring young women who aspire to reach new heights early in their career, and wants to help inspire first generation female marketers who need to build confidence in on their path to success.
BROOKLYN SCURFIELD
Treasurer
Brooklyn is studying a Bachelor of Professional Accounting and Bachelor of Commerce (Business Analytics). This semester she is looking forward to create an amazing environment for the current and incoming 2024 members to grow their confidence and empower them to reach their full potential. Brooklyn would love to work in business recovery & insolvency or forensic accounting. She is really interested in helping companies navigate financial distress. She enjoys analysing and investigating company financials to create a turnaround strategy or, in cases where liquidation is necessary, ensuring a fair outcome for all stakeholders, particularly former employees.

QUIANNA WILLIAMS
Senior Operations Director
Quianna is studying a Bachelor of Information Technology (Cyber Security) and Bachelor of Cognitive and Brain Sciences. She hopes WEB expands further, fostering an environment that encourages young women to actively participate in events and engage in mutual learning experiences. She is interested in the evolving landscape of cybersecurity across various countries and the approaches taken by different nations in tackling cyber threats. This makes her eager to explore and understand the complexities of cybersecurity worldwide.
KELLY WANG
Operations Director
Kelly is studying Bachelors of Commerce (marketing management) and IT (Business analysis and information systems). This semester Kelly wants to ensure her role can assist with the internal team's operations and tasks by improving our understanding of what our external member's would like to see. She wishes to be a part of enhancing our society's relationship with the wider community to ensure they're heard and understood, consequentially using the feedback to improve operations and activities. Kelly aspires to be a Business Analyst or Operations Manager.

Podcast Advisor
Kalarni is studying Bachelor of Laws & Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing Management). She strives to pursue a career in the legal profession, notably in the medical law sector, as she's interested in the existing legislation governing end-of-life decision-making, reproductive technology, and the ethical dilemmas of modern medicine. She believes WEB provides her with an opportunity to connect and collaborate with other ambitious woman to enhance their personal and professional development.

Podcast Director
Supraja is studying a Bachelor of Speech and Hearing Science. She hopes to inspire WEB listeners and introduce them to wonderful and talented women on their podcast 'Words of Wisdom.' She hopes to become a speech pathologist that helps individuals communicate better as she believes communication is a fundamental aspect of human interaction and plays a crucial role in various aspects of our lives.

Poppy is studying a Double Bachelor of Laws and Commerce. She hopes to provide web members with inspirational podcast content that sparks ambition, drive and motivation to tackle the workplace. Poppy aspires to hold a career in commercial law as a solicitor, or a leadership role in business development. While supporting women advocacy groups such as UN Women.

Senior Events Director
Keshia is studying a Bachelor of Business Administration and Bachelor of Laws. Keshia is looking forward to amplifying WEB's impact by expanding our philanthropic initiatives, such as the Dignity Drive, and organising new events that empower our members. Keshia strives to leverage her background in law and business to pursue a career that fulfils her passion for social impact, empowering her to create a tangible positive difference within her community.

Chloe-Jane is studying a Bachelor of Commerce (Major Finance & Economics). She is am seeking to curate more diverse events for our members that facilitate career, professional and personal development. Chloe-Jane envisions an ambitious career in corporate finance and investment banking. Her goal, while to be working in finance, is also to create influential and positive change in a career that aligns to her morals, challenges her strengths, allows for continuous learning, and generates a meaningful impact.

Philanthropy Director
Lauren is studying a Bachelor of Security Studies and Commerce (Cyber Security Governance). As WEB's new Philanthropy Director, she aims to establish meaningful philanthropic initiatives that WEB can support for years to come. Share the Dignity is one of our current initiatives, which she hopes to strengthen over this semester. Lauren aims to work with a company that prioritises the sustainability and ethical impact of their work. After completing my studies, She hopes to live abroad. Alongside her career ambitions, she is dedicated to continuing my volunteer work with Share the Dignity.

This semester she aims to foster the WEB network by creating and supporting events with our sponsors that accelerate members careers. She is really excited about this upcoming semester as Events team has been working really hard to plan and organise various exciting events for semester 2. Jade is trying to continually improve herself everyday. Honor is studying a Bachelor of Commerce (Cyber Security Governance) and a Bachelor of Security Studies. As a Sponsorship Director, she hopes to continuing building her rapport with exisiting sponsors, furthering the work of directors before her. She also seeks to cultivate new sponsorship relationships with companies and professional networks, to provide WEB members with even more unique experiences for business exposure. Honor would like to join a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) Working Group, and to one day become a Chief Risk Officer (CRO) or Chief Information Security Officer (CISO).

Bhama is studying a Bachelor of Cyber Security and Arts majoring in Performing Arts. She hopes to be a better role model in terms of professionalism and setting work standards. Being in sponsorship requires communication and time management skills and she hopes to better both of these in the next semester as well as be a better team player and offering help when she has the capacity. In the long run, Bhama would like to be a CISO or a CIO. Something in the executive ranks within the Cyber and Tech space.
