MQU WEB x CAANZ Professional Networking and Communication Workshop 2020

On 30th September, Women Entering Business hosted a virtual professional networking and communication workshop in collaboration with CAANZ (Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand) to help equip students with vital communication skills. The online workshop was presented by two CAANZ representatives, Ellie Orme and Kathryn Allen, a student representative at CAANZ and current Macquarie University student. They discussed how students can become better equipped with skills to assist them in attaining their future career goals. With their extensive experience, They also provided tips and advice for the application process, including assessment centres and final interviews. We concluded the event with a public speaking and networking session in Zoom breakout rooms.
