Aika is currently studying a Bachelor of Business Administration & Bachelor of Psychology. She aims to create engaging events that build on WEB’s momentum and foster a stronger community. To her, WEB is a space that inspires courage and growth in pursuing ambitious goals. She is inspired by her mother’s hard work and sacrifices. Aika hopes to become a leader in human resources, creating positive, transparent, and people-centered workplaces.
