Alisiya Smetanina

Alisiya is currently studying a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing and Consumer Insights) & Bachelor of Psychology. As a member of the Operations Subcommittee, she is focused on contributing to the team's data analytics efforts and helping the group work collectively to conquer new challenges. To her, WEB is a welcoming collective of inspiring women who uplift each other to achieve their goals, providing a space where women can come together for both individual and shared success. She is inspired by Taylor Swift, who has built a powerful brand around being a strong woman and has shown resilience in taking a stand for her rights within the music community. Alisiya aspires to work in marketing analytics, where she can bridge the gap between customers and brands by synthesizing consumer data and improving the overall brand experience.
