Hailey is currently studying a Bachelor of Marketing and Media. She aims to strengthen her skills in content creation and creative development while making WEB’s social media platforms more engaging and professional to grow its reach. To her, WEB is a community that empowers young women to grow confidently through support and mentorship, providing a space to build meaningful relationships with like-minded people. She is inspired by her mother, who consistently encourages her to stay independent and true to herself. Hailey aspires to build a successful career in marketing, with a specific focus on media production and developing innovative creative concepts.
