Hailey Duong is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance). Passionate about fostering connections, she believes that WEB is about creating a supportive environment where women can grow, network, and gain confidence in their careers. This semester, Hailey is dedicated to organizing impactful events that bring members together and provide valuable learning experiences. While she is still exploring her ideal career path, she is eager to develop her skills and discover where her passion for finance will take her. Her female role model is Sally Ride, the first American woman in space, who inspires her with her groundbreaking achievements and perseverance.
