Nehal Rakhecha

Nehal is currently studying a Masters in Management. As a member of the Events Subcommittee, she is focused on gaining hands-on experience by participating in workshops and networking events that allow her to step out of her comfort zone and build confidence beyond the classroom. To her, WEB means giving herself permission to grow and take risks, serving as a reminder that she is capable of thriving in professional spaces as she becomes more independent. She is inspired by Malala Yousafzai, whose advocacy for education highlights it as the ultimate foundation for professional agency and for building the essential pipeline for the next generation of female leaders. Nehal aspires to lead projects and work with diverse teams in dynamic environments, with the long-term goal of becoming an impactful leader who achieves strategic success while uplifting other women in business.
